Facility Hours
     Winter Hours (Thanksgiving through the end of April)  
          Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 9:00pm
          Saturday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
          Sunday: 1:00pm - 5:00pm 

     Spring and Summer Hours (May 1 through Thanksgiving)  
          Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 9:00pm
          Saturday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
          Sunday Closed
 

Age Requirements
Specific age requirments must be met for various facility areas.  Below are the age requirements:

• Youth must be at least 8 years of age to be in the facility without the supervision of an adult
• Youth must be at least 6 years of age to be in the pool without an adult.  Parents/Adults must be physically in the pool with youth under 6 years and within a reasonable distance at all times.
• The minimum age for the hot tub and steam room is 18
• Youth 12-14 may participate in Group Exercise classes with the accompanyment of an adult.  Youth 15 & up may participate without an adult
• Youth ages 12-14 may work out in the Wellness Center if they have taken the YMCA Youth Fitness Class.  Youth ages 15 & up may work out  in the Wellness Center without restrictions
• Youth may utilize the track without adult supervision at the age of 15.  Exceptions to this may be made with good cause
• Prime Time Family Time is for youth ages 6 weeks through 12 years.  This is for Family Members only and the parent(s) must remain in the facility.

Guests
Day passes can be purchased at the Service Desk for all day facility access, for a fee of $3.50/child (Ages 0-14), $6/young adult (Ages 15-21) and $8/adult (Ages 22-over). Guests of Members save $1 per visit.

The YMCA observes all major holidays and is closed on the following days:

Member Guest Day
Held on the last day of each month, Y-Members can bring one guest free of charge.

Reduced Program Rates
YMCA members save up to 50% in reduced fees on most programs. Also, ask about our Second Child Discount.

Program Registration
The YMCA holds registration prior to the start of each new session. Registrations received after a session begins are subject to a $5 late fee. The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any program due to low enrollment.

Register by Phone/Internet
You can register for most programs over the phone using your Visa or Mastercard at 585-344-1664 or 585-786-2880.  Registration is also available on-line.

Refund Policy
The YMCA will consider pro-rated refunds for programs and membership. Requests must be submitted in writing to the CEO. Refunds will not be given for disciplinary action.

Barbells & Kids
Youth under the age of 12 are not allowed in the Wellness Center. Youth ages 12-14 must take the YMCA Youth Fitness Class before they can use the Wellness Center.  This class teaches youth:

• Basic Anatomy & Physiology
• The importance of all segments of working out (warm-up, strecthing, cardiovascular training, strength training and cool-down)
• How to use the Wellness Center Equipment
• Other ideas for working out
• Sets them up with a work-out program to begin with

Racquetball Court Reservations
Members have the privilege of reserving racquetball courts up to one day in advance.

Party & Rental Packages
The YMCA has a variety of rental packages available. Inquire about our Birthday Party Packages, Overnight Rentals, Meeting Rooms and Swimming Pool Rentals.  Various options are available and all are reasonably priced.

Sexual Harassment Policy
The YMCA has a Sexual Harassment Discrimination Policy that applies to staff, volunteers, members, guests and vendors doing business with the YMCA. This policy is available at the Service Desk.
