 Group Exercise Class Descriptions

ZUMBA  This cardio class is a party filled with international dance.  Come with your dancing shoes on and a drink of water.

CARDIO BOX  Kick, punch, duck, and jump your way to fitness. This fun and challenging class will strengthen your body and slim your waist line.  

SCULPTING  Looking for a way to tone up every muscle group in your body?  Then this is the class for you.  In this class you will squat, curl, and dip your way to a toned body.

SILVER SNEAKERS This strength class is designed for our "Silver" members.  In this class you will tone your body while having the aid of a chair.  Be sure to bring water and a smile.

BOOT CAMP  Get a fat blasting 45 minutes with cardio and toning intervals.  This class is set up to get your heart rate up and then strengthen a muscle group -REPEAT.   

YOGA  This class will help  you develop strength, endurance, flexibility and proper body alignment through a series of poses with a strong emphasis on breathing and concentration. 

YOGA STRETCH Enjoy the relaxing benefits of yoga while increasing strength and flexibility.

CARDIO SCULPT This class combines high intensity cardio and strength moves that sculpt and tone your entire body.  The interval design will jump start your hear rate as  your muscles burn. 

TONE In this class you will focus on improving strength and over all toning of every muscle group- including abs.  There are no jumping or fast moves in this class.
