By appointment only please. The YMCA Fitness Evaluation is the best way to find out exactly what your fitness level is. You’ll be tested for your resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and muscular strength.Out state of the art soft ware will also compute your "body age" compared to your chronological age and will make any necessary suggestions for improvement. Please do not workout before your appoitment or consume caffiene 2 hours prior. Come prepared in your regular workout clothes.
