WYOMING BIRTHDAY PARTIES / RENTALS

Basic Birthday Party
$70 for Members/ $105 for Potential Members
A two hour party in our multi purpose room. Includes foos ball and air hockey.

Swim Party
$75 for Members/$115 for Potential Members
A two hour party including 50 minutes in our family friendly pool, and one hour in our multi purpose room.

Climbing Party
$90 for Members/$125 for Potential Members
A two hour party including one hour on our 37 foot rock wall, and  one hour in our multi purpose room.
****Participants must be 5 years or older and have signed waivers.****

Inflatable Party
$140 for Members/$195 for Potential Members
A two hour party including an hour in one of our inflatables, and one hour in our multi purpose room. Choose from either a bounce house or inflatable obstacle course

Kid's Zone Party
$90 for Members/$125 for Potential Members
A two hour party including one hour for Dance Dance Revolution, Wii Fit, and Playstation 2, and  one hour in our multi purpose room.

THE YMCA PROVIDES: A courteous, trained YMCA staff member for assistance with  programming and one "Birthday at the YMCA" tee shirt for the birthday child

YOU PROVIDE:

• A signed contract two weeks before the party, including estimated number of children attending the party.
  
• A $30 deposit two weeks before event
  
• Signed waivers if using the rock wall
  
• Payment in full on the day of the event

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Rates are based on 10 guests plus birthday child and siblings. There will be a $6 fee per additional child.
  
• Guests must be 5 years old, and have signed waivers in order to climb the rock wall.
  
• One adult must be present for the duration of the party.
  
• One adult must be in the pool for every 4 non-swimmers.
  
• A full refund will be given IF notice is given one week before the event.
  
• Any damages or repairs are the responsibility of the renter.
  
• The host may arrive one-half hour before event in order to decorate. However the staff member will arrive only 15 minutes before the party.
