Does the idea of entertaining 15 children in your home for 2 hours give you an instant headache? 

Book your child's next birthday party at the YMCA and leave the planning and entertaining to us!  Children 3 to 10 years old absolutely love playing in our indoor playground, rolling in our ball pit, and whipping down the slides! If the Kid's Gym isn't your style, try a party with rock climbing, swimming or a gymnastics party.  Check out our awesome new bounce house and Dance Dance Revolution game!  No matter what you choose, the YMCA is the answer for all your birthday party questions.

Times:  Fridays from 6 - 8 pm , Saturdays from 1 - 3 pm and December through April, Sundays from 1 - 3 pm

Party Size:  10 party guests, not including the birthday child and siblings, are included in the party price for Kid's Gym parties.  Our Kid's Gym can accommodate up to 15 children.  8 party guests are included in the party price for Gymnastics parties. 

Options:
Kid's Gym:  A 2-hour event with organized and free play facilitated by a Kid's Gym host (recommended for ages 3 - 7)
Kid's Gym & Swim: A 2-hour event that begins with 50 minutes of pool time and ends with structured and free play in our Kid's Gym, facilitated by a party host.   (recommended for ages 6 and up)
Kid's Gym & Climbing:  A 2-hour event with free play and supervised rock climbing facilitated by a Kid's Gym Host (recommended for ages 7 and up)
Gymnastics:  A 2-hour, gymnastics based event at the YMCA Gymnastics Center hosted by a gymnastics instructor
Kid's Gym & DDR:  An hour of play time on our Dance Dance Revolution game combined with time in our Kid's Gym makes this hosted party a blast for ages 7 and up!
Kid's Gym & Bounce House:  A party host oversees an hour of bouncing in the bounce house and structured and free play in the Kid's Gym.  (recommended for ages 3 - 8)

Waivers:
All children who use the Kids Gym must have a parental waiver signed before they can participate.  Securing signed parental waivers from all participants is the responsibility of the host parent.

Deposit/Cancellations:
$30 deposit required for reservations.
A full refund will be given for cancellations 7 days in advance.

BASIC Room Rentals are available for parents who are looking for convenient rental space, with or without the use of the pool, gym, or other amenities   

Times:  Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sunday afternoons (December - April).

Options:
Room Rental:  A 3-hour, self-organized event in one of our large rooms on the 2nd floor of the YMCA. 
Room Rental & Swimming or Gym:  A 3-hour, self-organized event which includes use of the pool or the big gym.
Room Rental & DDR:  An hour of supervised DDR play is added to your basic room rental
Room Rental & Bounce House:  An hour of supervised bounce house fun is added to your basic room rental

Fees:
Basic Room Rental:  $30 for members and $45 for potential members
Add on Swimming or Gym:  $3/child
Add on DDR:  $50 for members and $75 for potential members
Add on Bounce House:  $95 for members and $125 for potential members
Final cost is based on the number of participants and desired use of the facility. 
A deposit (the total cost of the rental) is required a minimum of 2 weeks before your event.

Special Considerations:
Tables and chairs will be provided.  All set up and clean up is the responsibility of the renter.  
The adult who rents the space must be present at all times during the party.
At the completion of your party, the room must be inspected by a YMCA staff member that it is as you found it.
