Summer- 2010 Programs
Kidsports - Saturdays 10-11:30 am. Play a sport every class and get a swim lesson. The kids will try a different sport each week followed by a swim lesson. Sports include soccer, basketball, rock climbing, wallyball and others. Sports from 10-10:45 and swim lesson from 10:45-11:30 am

Tae Kwon Do - The new format is a success!! Tae Kwon Do runs Monday through Thursday evenings from 6-7 pm. We added Monday and Wednesdays evenings where the focus is self defense and sparring. Tuesdays and Thursdays center around the traditional forms and patterns. The best part is that the price remained the same even with the addition of 2 extra days. So whether you want to progress up to the black belt level, or learn how to defend yourself, the YMCA Tae Kwon Do program is for you.
